When Matt was faced with adversity, he didn’t give up. He fought through it and came out stronger on the other side. Now, he wants to share his story in the hopes of helping others who are going through tough times.

Matt’s story is one of strength and perseverance. He knows what it’s like to be knocked down, but he also knows how to get back up again. He’s been through a lot in his life, and each time he’s come out stronger than before.

Now, Matt is using his experiences to help others who are facing adversity. He wants to show them that it’s possible to overcome anything if you’re willing to fight for it. With Matt’s help, you can learn how to handle adversity and come out stronger on the other side.

Matt McQuinley is a public speaker, radio talk show host, business consultant/ coach, stand up comedian and father. Matt has been a nationally ranked athlete and has a history of service to his nation and community. 

Matt has built 3 successful businesses from scratch, in retail and manufacturing on 3 different continents in challenging times. 

From a young age and as an adult , he has overcome significant adversity in both his business and personal lives, which has given him the drive and ability to overcome almost any obstacle as well as the ability to inspire others to do the same. 

He has been at the pinnacle of success and has stared failure and disaster in the face. He has overcome multiple obstacles in business and his personal life.

He has worked with thousands of people from around the globe and is both highly educated and down to earth . He has “walked the walk “ and “talks the talk.”

His passion to is help others learn from his experience and even more importantly – convince them that they can succeed and that failure is not fatal.

For 32+ years, Matt has run successful businesses on three continents. In his first role out of university, he broke records as a sales representative and rose from a sales representative to the roles of field sales manager, assistant office manager, pilot sales manager, then #2 branch manager in the corporation, district manager, followed up as the # 1 division manager in the corporation, and was finally promoted national sales manager in a $100 million USD international corporation; all by the age of 28.

At the age of 26, he was sent to Australia by the above 100 million USD corporation to set up operations. He built that organisation from 0 to 31 locations and had the highest productivity in the corporation. He was also named the corporation’s best team builder.

He left that business at age 30 to set up his own business in an unrelated field and built it up to 13 locations around Australia and over $5 million in turnover.

At age 40, He opened a factory in a third country from scratch and exported to 26 countries located on every continent except Antartica .

At age 50, he sold his business and decided it was time to share his knowledge and experience with others. Whether it be a start up or well established business, a small business, medium one, or large one-Matt can help. He has extensive experience in Management, Government Compliance, Sales and Marketing, Systemisation, Advertising, Budgeting, Goal setting, Crisis management, Corporate Expansion, Conflict Resolution, Product Development, Team building, and most important of all – identifying problems/weaknesses in business and solving them
