🎙 For our June event, we have the pleasure of having Eva as our guest speaker. Come along to the event to hear about how you can maintain your self in a challenging world. Eva Walshe will be speaking about how we can find our own path in life.

⚡️Presentation Description⚡️
The world we live in can be uncertain and complex. How do we foster resilience and manage the stresses of our working and personal lives? This talk will highlight practices to regulate our nervous systems, help to shift perspectives, and ground ourselves for a better sense of self. Together we will investigate the benefits these practices have on our mental and physical health, leading to clearer thinking and decision making, and more energy.

⚡️ Presenter Bio⚡️
Eva is a counsellor and a Five-Element practitioner, who works with and supports clients from all walks of life. Her treatment approach is a blending of complementary therapies within a western psychotherapeutic framework to promote both physical and mental health and overall well-being. Eva completed her Five-Element licentiate training (Lic.Ac.) with the renowned practitioner Gerad Kite, and holds membership with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT). She also holds a degree in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin and a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the University of Adelaide. Eva arrived in Adelaide from London in 2019, after a 15 year career within the banking industry as a project professional. She draws on her commercial background for the benefit of her clients, many of whom work in business and professional fields. Her practice is based in Goodwood, Adelaide, where she provides both online and face-to face treatments.
